The first step in finding your perfect property, is to find out what your ambitions are. They could range from a family home for the next ten years to an investment with specific returns or the perfect renovation project. We have extensive experience in locating properties of all shapes and sizes and to suit all price ranges.

Based on the criteria of your search, we are able to put you in touch with a hand-picked selection of contacts from mortgage brokers to tax advisors and solicitors who will make sure that you are purchasing in the most economical and efficient way.

Taking all of the information we have learned from your brief, we create a bespoke market overview,. This can often take into account up to three different areas of London. From these areas, we will present a list of currently available on and off market opportunities, that are meeting your initial  search criteria. Our high level of due diligence means that we eliminate the potential short falling options, saving you time and money. 

Once you have reviewed the market options, Trinity Private Office will view and inspect all potential properties before sending you the bespoke, 'best in class' selection.  Although we encourage our clients to view this selection of properties with us in person, we appreciate this is not always possible. For those who require it, we are able to create video tours with commentary on the properties along with a plethora of photos, floor plans and even live video calls to ensure you are fully involved in the selection process. 

Once we have selected a target property, we can negotiate the purchase on your behalf.

We use local area knowledge, current statistics and comparable market data to agree a purchase strategy with you ensuring  you are in the best position to be successful in your acquisition. The same information that we use to secure the property, will give you the peace of mind and confidence in the quality and price of your purchase.

We want you to have an effortless and enjoyable purchase and therefore we are happy to recommend legal conveyancing specialists to support the process to completion.  Alongside us, your lawyer will advise on any obligations and/or acknowledgements that are presented in the conveyancing process. 

 Aside from collecting the keys, taking meter readings, welcoming you to your new home or organising it to be rented, we like to stay in touch with our clients. We provide an ongoing service to them which can include everything from giving updates on the property market to our thoughts on potential refurbishments and disposal of their assets.
